Finally, a chance to give my boredom a break...

didn't really do much today except maybe watch some scenery and take a few hours drive from the airport to the hotel...

the scenery was pretty good though...

o ya, n i learnt to use a satellite navigator...
it's a very cool device that's tells you where you are and gives you specific instructions on getting from one place to another...
when you make a wrong turn, they tell you and recalculate the route for you...
it's so cool...

but it's probably not much use in singapore since it's street directory isn't very big...

ah well...hope the schedule planned for tomorrow is "interesting"...

Has been a long tiring month of band prac and ec3 sessions...
My life's started to become boring...plain......

I've also finally sent that change of EP3 letter...
I shall not reveal the contents of the letter...yet...
For my privacy's sake...

At least I'm going to Australia for a 1-2 weeks to rest this body of mine....
Don't bother trying to contact me though i may come on msn once in a while...

Why does this holiday seem to be so much different from the past 6 years...
Why does everyone think this way...

I shan't post about my life for a while cos there is nothing in my life to post about...
Unless some miracle happens or something...

Went for EC3 after a LONG time of not going...
Sadly EC3 lab used for something called THIMUN...
so moved upstairs...
Just a normal session except the last part where everyone spammed people's blogs and watched stuff and laughed (a LOT... :D)...

Now i'm very confused over this whole CCA stuff...
I wonder whether anyone has been through this before...
If there is...any golden advice...anyone???

AMC 8 sucked...i shan't talk about it...

after AMC...met clarence at bus-stop...chatted for 5 mins then bus come liao...lol...

Wasted 2 hours of my life alone in Toa Payoh...
I was SUPPOSED to see the doctor but she wasn't here today...(and after waiting for a whole 1 HOUR!!!)...
Went to popular to buy books...at least tried to....the books i want weren't THERE....
Sianz...then took 40 min MRT all the way home...

Now currently stoning at home...
Hopefully going for EC3 tomorrow...

Mediacorp-Marigold Sudoku Masters 2008

I guess the results didn't turn out very well for me...
The Semi-Finals is EXTREMELY HARD!!!!
We were supposed to finish 2 puzzles in 15 mins...
Nobody managed it...
I think i completed less than half...
Anyway...
We had 3 Hwa-Chongians who got in to Grand Finals but i didn't stay to watch as i had to rush for class...
I'll check the results later...
It was a fun experience though...

I'm going to keep myself busy with CCAs the next few weeks i guess...
i have band on tue and thu and EC3 on wed and fri...
bad thing is i can't go out...
At least it's better than staying at home alone...

Madagascar

Feeling so sian staying at home so went out with some HCI guys to watch madagascar escape 2 africa...

wasn't as funny as kungfu panda but it was pretty nice and funny...
it was only 90 mins long though which was pretty short...

it's getting very boring at home alone...
maybe I should go out more often...

Sick...

Had a slight fever yesterday...
(must be due to that chalet...)
luckily it was only in the high 37s...

back to another week of CCA again...
had blister on finger the other time for plucking my double bass strings too long...(ouch!)
i probably have to go back to school 4 times a week for CCA this hol i think...
that reminds me...i haven't made my CCA choice yet...

band teacher gave me a few ideas...

(a) Give up EC3 totally and go for band (obviously i'm not choosing this...duh -_-")
(b) Give up band totally and go for EC3 (possible...)
(c) Stay in band till SYF over then quit (still possible...)
(d) Give up band and go for EC3 but continue going for band voluntarily (still yet possible...)
(e) Give up EC3 and go for band but continue going for EC3 voluntarily (less likely...)

maybe i should start another poll...
i don't really have something in mind yet...
don't worry about not wanting to vote...it's just a rough guide for myself...
ah well....I will have to make a choice...
i don't think i can last anymore of this CCA thing...

Class chalet

Had our class chalet last nite to this morning...

ALMOST NO ONE SLEPT....

maybe a few hours here and there but that's all...

the BBQ sucked...
we had chicken wings which were burnt outisde and still raw inside...
marshmallows which the OT refused to give till end of BBQ...
a crazy chairman who threw a whole pack of boneless chicken leg as one piece onto the grill...
xinde who stuffed his food under the grill into the charcoal...
drinks which ran out less than halfway through the BBQ...
etc...

after that slipped into our own activities...
the UNO series...some other card games....bonding....etc...
the OT didn't really plan very well...
i guess we didn't really follow their activity list...
then we had treasure hunt which was pretty lame too....
then everyone started playing the UNO series and other stuff until abt 4 am...
then some who were STILL awake went to mac and downtown east to have breakfast...
it's extremely early for breakfast but with the sucky bbq, it's not suprising they are already hungry...

after that went back to chalet and started sleeping cos everybody was tired already....
actually wanted to rent bicycles but the rental shop wasn't open...
woke up...had a sucky breakfast...played dai dee until guard came...went to white sands for lunch...went home...

i'm gonna suffer from heavy fatigue for the next few days...
had a 4-hour nap from 2-6 just now...
probably going to sleep long hours the next few days...
for the upcoming sudoku competition...
I'm going for the mediacorp sudoku masters semi-finals at FUNAN next saturday at 2pm...
those who want to give me some moral support can come...

EOYA day 3 was sandcastle building....
Not very fun I should say......
We made pathetic sandcastles under the rain and "attempted" to "sell" them.....
I got cut too......but very minor lah....stupid mould broke....

I got straight A1s!!!!!
Please don't be jealous....i'm not the only one...
there are several in my class.....

Today went back to HPPS to talk to P6s about transition to sec 1....
It turned out to be more of a "reunion" than a talk......
It was pretty fun meeting up with some old guys and chatting and gossiping and telling horror stories about teachers and stuff.....
Too bad we couldn't "terrorise" the P6s.......or tell horror stories.....
Just "scaring" them would do......

I'm still in the midst of choosing my CCA....
it's been long....and i've been thinking....
My band teacher gave me a choice of staying until end of competition so as not to waste the double bass skills I acquired and the competition ends in April then i can make formal transfer....
Not a bad idea.....but i'm still considering cos i'm not sure whether I can cope cos before the competition could be up to 5 or even 6 times a week.....with all my projects and all....can I cope??

EOYA day 2

First cleaned the classroom this morning then went national library to tour....

then had CIP for 1.5 hrs and slacked in class for sometime....

very boring day today........

watched movie today morning......

then go discovery centre which wasn't really VERY interesting either...

then played cards....

and i don't see what's the use of reporting these stuff in life anymore when my life is so boring these few days....

anyway...
the more interesting stuff seems to be the CIP event i did for 3.5 hrs...
i was transporting stuff....a lot of stuff....
and i need 4 hrs so i need to do more tomorrow....

haiz....my posts are getting shorter and shorter....

Festival of arts day 2

Today was slightly better than yesterday...

Watched a movie called "take the lead" where this french-spanish guy teaches some detention people how to dance.....

after that went for recess....

guess what we played???
no prizes for guessing....murderer.....

after that went national museum of singapore....(at least i think it was)....

in the bus everyone was like spamming finger games....handphone games.....PSPs...etc...

after that went to the museum....
the guide was quite cool...(it was electronic)...
it's like when you see a number on the floor or near an artefact or sth...you press the number then the guide will tell you about the exhibit.....it's so cool....
there's even a number for the rest area....

after that some of us tried to spam other numbers on the guide to see whether there were other stuff....

we managed to find a number that makes "help" appear on the screen....
we were like pretending to be mutes and pointing to the screen helplessly...lol....

after that went back to school and played.....murderer ... dai dee and bridge....

the CIP event is postponed to tomorrow as the estate office was closed today.....
hopefully the estate offie stays open tomorrow.....

Festival of arts day 1

today's art trail was kinda like a failure....

we were supposed to start from a place and walk from one place to another learning about how to appreciate art...

but when we reached S.A.M (singapore arts museum) it started to rain....and rain...and rain...
and it didn't stop....

so we stayed there and visited the place for a few hours before returning back to sch....
wasn't a very fun art trail though since we only managed to visit one place....

after we came back....guess what....
we played murderer.......

and bridge and dai dee.....

tomorrow have to go for CIP activity to top up the rest of the 4 CIP hrs i need.....
i'll be cleaning the school.......

FOSH day 3

another wierd day whose post was supposed to be yesterday.....

started off with the usual morning assembly....
then went for a talk on pe/cca and about preventing sports injuries....
I think the part of the cca seems very much related to me.....
"if you don't like your cca, request for change...don't miss the practices just because you don't like it..."
"you are what you pursue..."
hrmmpphh....
this'll set me thinking.....
after the talk we watched the final sec 1 inter-consortium soccer match....
half-way throught the match....we were quite bored already....
there was this JC guy i think running around the track...
suddenly...darryl decided to run behind him for one round then ming kit got this idea of "tag-team" so one by one we ran behind him until he stopped...lol...
when the teachers came...mr rong also went running for warm ups then i think a group of 10 classmates from his form class (including me) chased after him by running behind him.....
he saw then he started to sprint and we sprinted after him until he stopped after 3 rounds....
iSpark managed to win all 3 matches against the consortiums but lost against the teachers.....
we didn't managed to get too many good awards at the prize presentation but well...we still have next year...

after that was band prac.....
i finally knew why i didn't get that reply....it's the wrong e-mail address since my teacher changed her e-mail address....
that gives me more time to decide anyway....
after band prac....
a senior talked to me and persuaded me to stay in band...
i found his reasons quite valid.....
i'll need some time to consider it.....
i'm really stuck between the two ccas now with both wanting me....
I will have to make a decision sooner or later....
i need some cool down time to think.....
added on by this nose which has been killing me for a month already.....
i just have too much stuff now.....

iSpark Nite ' 08

This was supposed to be posted last night but i was too tired after coming back from iSpark Nite '08...

Yesterday morning was the usual......
After that couldn't find anyone I know....probably all somewhere else playing murderer or hide and seek or something so I went to watch the soccer match...
iSpark vs ProEd and Aphelion vs Ortus
iSpark won and I shall not say which one else won.....

After spending about 1 hr of my life watching soccer matches....
managed to find the rest of 1M in the table-tennis room being thrashed....
Anyway...some played dai dee....murderer.....UNO....etc...
I joined the hide and seek game.....
Sadly....my nose was leaking AGAIN and I decided to make a run for it to the toilet and somehow was caught by chun shin and darryl on the way......
I tried to run but it's not easy escaping from two people running after you and I died when the two starting running in opposite directions (towards me of course)....

After that about 17 of us played went to kah kee hall to play murderer.....
Some were at cameron highlands on wednesday so they didn't know the code but we started without explaining since it was about 15 min away from assembly time....
Some funny think happened though....

IT WAS GREEN!!!!!
(Green is civilian by the way)...

So it was like....damn funny....

after that went home with wei heng....
played badminton for about 1-2 hrs then it started to RAIN!!!!
Went back and played com games instead....
then changed and went to mrt station to go back to hci for iSpark Nite...
Then....wei heng left his wallet AT HOME.....
My mom had to drive from my house to the mrt station to pass the wallet to him...
Then went to the bus interchange and MISSED THE BUS which was JUST LEAVING....
It was already 5......

Obviously reached there late.......
Saw some people eating already....
Wei heng literally "GORGED".....
He took an amount which could fill one of the plates at the buffet....
Saw something interesting on edmund's shirt though.....

LOL......

Then went for the performances which was much...much...MUCH...more entertaining (not to mention funny...)
Started with the announcing of the new iExco....
Previous chairman had a very wierd way of announcing the new iExco....
New chairman was made to do an impromptu speech......

After that were the performances....
1N performance was like...
Zhong Xuan stepped out...
Stood there looking innocently...
Stood there for 15-20 mins stepping forward and backward occasionally...
Emcee: "Due to some technical problems we shall push the 1N performance to later...."
Then Zhong Xuan had to go back....
We all clapped thinking it was some sort of dance....
We called it "shocking"......lol...

After that 10 sang the council song about a cow or something...
Our class started becoming enthu and waved our hands and the teachers were looking at us....
Then some sec 4s did a variety of performances like dancing and singing...
Then 1N finally got to do their hip-hop dance although there were still a lot of technical glitches like repeating the song making them redo the whole dance and not getting the songs right making Jay stand there for quite some time....

After that was the chairman's group giving some funny performance about the "iSheet" claiming it was the "latest technology"..... when it was just a piece of paper....

After that were the Sec 4 video montages and there was one which was quite funny about some tricks.....similar to the ones we took for ourselves....

I shall end here for today cos i'm too stressed out over some stuff.....

FOSH day 1

Today marks the first day of FOSH (Festival of sports and health) with Dr Hon hitting the gong...
Only managed to hear a bit of it on my way back to the band room.....
Ahhhh band.....
I have to go for band prac this friday if i don't get that reply soon....haiz...
can't believe i've been thinking about that so much....

Nvm...let's talk about the good stuff instead...

Learnt to play squash today...
Sadly out of the 19 ppl only knew one.....wei jian...
Squash is quite fun except for the eye mask u have to wear to protect ur eye...
It has this velcro thing at the forehead and it's the ROUGH part....it hurts....
One wierd thing happened tho...
I hit a squash ball against one of the lights by accident and a coconut fell from it.....
Firstly, how can a ball cause a coconut to drop?? (the ball is the size of a ping-pong ball)
Secondly, how did the coconut get up there????(the court IS enclosed)
LOL?????!!!!!!

The thing ended at 0930 then we slacked till 1200......
Those who didn't join anything slacked for 4 hrs straight.....
We played murderer (AGAIN!!!)...hide and seek...some other wierd stuff...
Another wierd thing happened....
About 4 stuff broke due to a soccer ball and some boy (shall not mention)....
or was it two???

Anyway....
one window pane...
two lights...
and one lamp-post shattered when some boys kicked the soccer ball.....
Someone broke 3 things in 8 hrs.......
Then the discipline master came....i wonder what happened.....

We were dismissed at 1230.....quite early actually....
tmr got iSpark nite till late nite.....2130 i think....

And i just found out...
my band teacher was in cameron highlands on the retreat...
so I just have to wait and hope for a good reply and by tmr so I can skip fri band prac....
(at the same time hope she or any other band members for that matter read this...)

Another long day...

Today was "normal" lessons from 0800-1200 but no teacher came to our class from 0840-1120....

Our teachers were either at beijing or cameron highlands but no relief teacher came......

So we ended up playing murderer for 2-3 hrs with 2 detectives...4 murderers... 8 civilians....

No teacher came until 1120 when the lit teacher came and went through some shakespeare stuff
and the creative arts programme....

After a mere 10-15 min we were supposed to go to LT4 for a briefing (a few actually)...

ok not a few...several....

I think we had like 10 briefings or something about all the progammes like CAP...OM...HSSRP...SMP...etc...

I think practically nobody was paying attention at all after the first few briefings....

After that played table tennis wif some friends like wei jian...xin de...colin...bo geng...etc...

I guess we got addicted to it after a while then played till late afternoon...
I left at 4+...I dunno abt the rest....I think a lot later....they do it every day....

and I still haven't got a reply from my band teacher....she must be away at beijing or cameron highlands or something......
hope she replies soon....band prac resumes this friday....

The good thing is....next 3 days is FOSH and I'm playing squash!!!
Hope I get to learn it well....

ACE and OP

Today's morning supposed to start out with eng lesson but I think our eng teacher was away at cameron highlands for a retreat so a chinese teacher came in to let us watch movies....



It turned out that the movie was quite boring....



So someone fast forwarded it when the teacher was away and when she came back it was the credits and she thought the movie had finished.....it was supposed to be abt 2 hrs but it lasted like 30 min.......



Then the teacher let us did what we wanted so a grp of us chatted, a grp played PSP and another played checkers....

I was chatting...



After a while we managed to get onto the topic of card games then someone suggested to play "murderer"...

Some game where you wink at people to kill them....

We started with crumpled pieces of fullscap which didn't really work as we could tell the difference by how they are crumpled so someone had brought UNO cards so we used that instead....



Then after a while the whole class joined in and we had 2 detectives, 4 murderers and 10+ civilians....



During recess we played the actual uno itself....



Then Dr hon...during assembly...talked about reducing ACE down to 10% which i disagree...

ACE is to encourage independent learning and I think that those who are weaker in the subject can do their own independent learning to get better results......

Some people tried to voice out their views but I think Dr Hon had already made up his mind...

He also almost tried to reduce the OP percentage which I disagree to too.....



After that was the special sharing session my DC (replaced by ADC)...

He was talking about the china milk crisis and what we can learn from it.....

After that watched some few min videos made by pixar which were somehow funny but cute....



tomorrow's going to be a long boring day just like this one...

and my band teacher hasn't replied.....*sob*...

Haiz....I guess I just have to wait for all this torture to end......

Change of EP3

I finally sent that letter......

Took me quite some time to think of what to put in the letter tho....

Now I just need to wait for two agreements...
one to let me go...
one to le me in....

I doubt that I would be able to get the reply so soon so probably have to spent several more assemblies standing in the field doing nothing.....

I'm so free that it feels wierd not to have school for so long....
Been spending time in the library acquiring some knowledge...
Now starting to read about PHP and MySQL....
Heard that some of my friends had learnt in EC3 when I wasn't there so decided to do some self-reading instead...

Tomorrow start of school again....haiz......

Results part 3

Finally...last paper......

Literature still did ok.....

I thot I would suck.....but suprisingly i got 72%....A2!!!

got 18/25 for all three essays......top was yiming with 76%!

Most likely EOY results can get 1.sth or even 1.00 (no, i shldn't set too high a target....)

Anyway...today went for acupuncture to fix my nose which has been going for A MONTH!!!

Acupuncture isn't that scary.....they just put the needle thru...
you feel an insect bite....
Then they push it in then there's no feeling anymore....
Although it feels wierd to see 4 needles protruding from my nose without feeling anything....
I was stuck there for 15-30 min i think....i didn't take note of the time...
i just lay there and dreamt......

hope my nose can cure soon.......

still got another two weeks of school then hols start.....
haiz....band starting soon too if i don't write that letter.....

Sorry for that sudden state of chaos, went a bit crazy there...

Anyway, now know all my results except lit...

Lit i hv to go there from 12pm - 1pm....

I have to stay at home all morning...go to sch for 1hr or less and come back.......

Geography 87%
Top: ME!!!!

History 76%
Top: Gary (ask him urself for the actual marks or he may kill me)

Chinese 68% (worst subject so far....)
Top: not sure either...
Should still be able to get A1 at last....SHOULD....

Just left lit and I need 50/75 to get A1 in end of year....


haiz...chinese got so bad cos I went OUT OF POINT for compo.....
First time doing that...got 17/35 for content.........

At least my situational saved me......16/20

My main paper still okay....teacher gave me another 6 MARKS for wrong marking.....
Geography managed to get another 2%
History spent time on SBQ and SEQ the night before so did well in open-ended, got 4/10 for MCQ tho......

nvm...I've quite happy wif my results...

Haiz, still got 2 weeks of school.....CCA also dunno when start....
I should try to get myself to write that letter but i CAN'T...
Ah well, i'll just have to try....for my own sake.....

Got my english results today...

I dare say I did quite well actually

20/30 for continuous writing (wrote a little out of point...)
21/30 for situational writing
19/28 for comprehension questions
11/12 for summary (suprisingly got full content mark and 3/4 language marks)
15/20 for compre cloze+grammar cloze+editing

total = 86/120 = 72% (rounded off)

Not bad for an eng noob like me

so my final year mark should be (not including one assignment yet):

I not saying I should join the comp more than others but I just want to tell myself to START ON MY LETTER SOON!!! (which i still dunno how to start...)

Anyway, the good thing is that school ends on 24 Oct!!!!!!
Bad things: I probably still have to go for band if I don't START ON THAT LETTER and I dun have many good friends.......I shall not share why....

Almost the end...

2 days ago was math and lit paper....
Came at 7am to revise lit with some other guys and to niao the 7 math exam takers in the class....

Then revised literature till 11....it started to go crazy when a number of guys joined us during te 9-10 am period...

Overheard that the mainstream lit syllabus were much easier...
Instead of unseen poem, they know the poem coming out and practically the questions....

Short story and novels I can't compare anyway...
ours was flowers for algernon and animal farm...
mainstream had lamb to the slaughter and village by the sea...

Literature test was still okay.....
Couldn't really understand the essay question though:
"Do you think that a real friend is one who walks in when the world walks out?Discuss with specific evidence from the short story."
I think i misunderstood it, nvm, what's over is over anyway...

Yesterday was english paper 2 and history paper...
I can't believe I slept on thu afternoon cos I was reading history...guess I wasn't that interested...

Anyway, the english paper was somehow quite easy, easier compared to the ones our english teacher normally give...

Then 0945-1045 was everybody's chionging time....all revising history, shooting rapid fire questions at each other, pecking at others with questions, asking someone to test.....
I can't describe it all but one word says it...."chaos"..LOL!

History was like so-so, at least the stuff I came out I managed to revise during the "chaos" timeslot...
Suprisingly, the section I am most worried about is MCQ cos they asked for specific details, which I suck and will probably fail the MCQ...

That was another hard paper gone....

Today's IMO test was HHHAARRDD!!!!!

There were 4 questions and 3 hrs, dun think that 3 hrs is very long....
The teacher said if we could finish before 3 hrs can hand up and leave...
I think only one guy did.....
I only managed to solve 2......in 3 HOURS!!!

I'll give an example to show the difficulty...

MTG (math teacher guidance), unsuitable for those who go screaming and hiding in corners after looking at super-hard math questions...
(Given any positive integer d, prove that at least one of 2d-1, 5d-1, 13d-1 is not a square) seems easy but i didn't solve it in time.....

Take home test could only solve qns 2-8, qn 1 i didn't manage to solve, neither did some of my friends...
Looked at the answer at almost wanted to smack myself in the face.....

Almost forgot one more exam....my keyboard grade 5 practical....

My result was......94%!!!
Too happy to be true...
And my teacher expected higher cos I made a few stupid mistakes....

So now left one more paper.....Chinese paper 2.....
Not much use preparing for it anywayz, except for maybe the cheng yu...

Bad news: Need to go back for band soon.....
I think I need to get my band teacher's approval ASAP so that maybe I can quit b4 the practising starts (I hv actually 4gotten most of band cos been focusing on exams too much) and so that I can go for ec3 instead....I miss going to ec3.....
Band I've been going in the morning till last week.......
Ec3 teacher had already approved of me, now the hard part is to convince my band teacher to release me ASAP altho I think she may be a little reluctant cos I'm the only one playing my instru.....

Can't think abt that now, next week is the checking of papers where I'll know my results.......WISH ME LUCK!!! (And all of you too)

EOY.....

Not supposed to be blogging now but, what the heck...

Guess I shan't post about the stuff i didn't post last wk, shall do that after EOYs...

Anyway, yesterday was the English Paper one....shall say it's still okay...
I actually copied most of my plot from a book by Roald Dahl..."The umbrella man and other stories"...just edited some stuff to suit my book, wrote about the "describe a memorable overseas trip"...

Nowadays, I find that english compo isn't restricting you to much stuff anymore, the titles are so general you can write LOADS of stuff under it...
E.g. "sorrow" "write a story beginning with 'I'm not telling you,' he said".....lol...

In any case, it's still good to have some plotlines inside your story bank so that don't have to waste too much time trying to crap some story out during exams...

Science paper didn't take so went to revise for geog instead....
I think I went crazy last night, reading the whole textbk and memorising the whole file (just exaggerating but I think you get it)...
In the end, today's geog paper wasn't that hard after all.......
I think I wrote toooo long essays though...2 mark qn write 12 LINES!!!
Couldn't believe it myself and the time limit, now I realise, is quite short....
Saw friends who finished in 30 min, checked then slept for 1hr...WTH??!!
I finished in 1hr 30 min, left 15 min check.....
Can't believe I actually got one stupid qn wrong...
They asked "which latitude is this?", it was the equator, I put tropic of capricorn, can't talk about it....

It's actually more about personal view point actually...like exams...

In today's assembly, Dr Hon suggested the reduction of ACE from 15% to 10% in sec 2 and someone else suggested that we have 15 ACE pts but only 10%...Isn't this kinda unfair??
Dr Hon gave the disagree-ers a chance the talk but he seems to be quite on his own side...
ACE is supposed to be for independent learning so if ACE is reduced...won't that decrease the amount of independent learning done by the students??

Finally, all "tests" over and exams are coming...

PCME test sucked...quite hard especially the school history, it's 90 yrs (i think RI older, not sure...)

Music test....and PCME test

Today's music test was lame....we just sang and passed....except for one....
Today's music lesson was chaos...mr tan's seal was thrown around the class, people were hogging the pianos and we got mr tan to search for it's too late to apologise on youtube and he did, then we sang it once through and mr tan says it's nice......
Listened to the lion sleeps tonight too on youtube, mr tan can be funny at times......

Today's geog teacher came on first period realising that it wasn't her period.....

Our english teacher has also developed a new way of teaching...
When we ask stupid questions in class...he will shout "beat him up!" and then the "hit squad" of the class will come to action...I shall keep his anonymity in case I seem to be flaming him....
Those who already know who I'm talking about just keep it...ok?

Now need to revise for PCME, can't even believe I'm actually goin' to revise for it.....

Bad nose...

My nose is getting worse by the day....
Even all the teacher's are complaining and now i'm sitting in front of the class.....
Tomorrow got music test and my voice is going to sound very nasal....the kind of sound you get when talking while pressing your nose...I can do that but without pressing.....wonder how i'm going to sing....
Exams coming too so if i don't cure this soon i'll have sneeze every 5 min during the EOY...

At least MOST of my ACE is settled...
The only ACE left are lit 14 and IS 23 and the due date is TMR!!
Lit i've already done the project, just waiting for group mate to hand up and IS...I don't really care much... I've calculated, if my ACE stays like this and i get 0 for my flash project (which i probably will not get) I'll still get A1 for IS and i'm happy with that...

I'm getting seriously stressed from EOY and the signs are coming up...
I sometimes feel that I just want to grab all my files, empty the worksheets onto the floor and kick them all around.... All my language homework is killing me....literally....
i've had to chiong most of my language homework during reading period...recess...lunch...lesson time....etc...with the help of others....

Now I feel so lucky i've been exempted from math....
math teacher gave sample paper today to do.....full paper 2 hrs...I finished it with all full working within 30 min.....if i had to take the exam i would have had to sleep for at least half the exam time.......

Literature is killing me now even more......
Can't seem to get anything in my head....Many, Many quotations to memorise (i really mean MANY), themes to memories, unseen poetry which i dread..........
I can't stand this anymore......

I'm still as busy as ever with my languages and humanities....
I don't really revise much or even at all for math and science...

I'm STILL lacking in ACE...
I have 14/15 eng ACE, 14/15 chi ACE, 14/15 lit ACE and 21-22/25 IS ACE, well that's what the IVLE says+projects day, ONE MORE for THREE subjects.......
I ain't that strong in flash either so it'll be hard for me to get that ACE...
And I STILL need CIP hrs......

Deciding whether to join odyssey of the mind or not...looking at how busy I am....but on the other hand i could use the ACE....

Me and wei heng are getting very enthusiastic about the whole IMO training thing, i think we are one of the only ones who actually respond to the questions...at the wrong time sometimes...

The take home test clashes with the EOY week, argh............I want to get chosen for IMO.....:'(

On the other hand, i got 92% for my IS html portfolio!!! Highest in class too!!! (with 2 others but who cares...)

More and more wierd tests are coming up in my curriculum....

There's going to be a "Civics and moral education" test of 50 MCQ which WILL be reflected in the REPORT CARD........

There's a music test on singing and some basic musical knowledge....

There's chinese drama test on creating an act and acting....reflected in the report card i think...

And probably some other tests which i don't know about yet.....

Well, at least i am exempted from math and science EOY, then can focus on other subjects......

Finally finished literature chapter summary and handed up, that's my last hope of lit ace...lit teacher haven't upload much ACE yet so i dunno can max or not...

My flash project also FINALLY done....after many hours of mugging and yet i think it is still quite lame....

Science test's been postponed to next monday instead of tomorrow!!!Don't have to mug any more!! Somehow, i seem more confident in the non-physics area although i'm the sort of more math guy.....

Chinese test next tuesday...nothing much to do there....

Still need IS ACE, only got 20/25.......not very strong in flash either...need some professional help....

Why do i say it's bad? Cos my name is one of the hardest to write in class...

School reopens!!

Yesterday chionging holiday homework so couldn't post......
Last day of school hols over.......*sob*...

Anyway, today went to school finding out that almost everyone, or maybe even everyone, didn't finish their holiday homework....(no suprise though...)

Today during assembly Mr Sung talk about demerit points and their consequences...
He makes them seem so important with all those HARSH punishments like being suspended from school.....

Then after assembly something wierd happened in class....
Someone pulled the door knob, it came loose, dropped out and we were stuck outside.....
The whole class was going chaotic outside facing a latched back door and a handle-less front door....
Then the teacher came......call the technician (or watever u call it) to come and fix but can't......
Then waited for him to get key to enter class from door on opposite side (our classrooms actually have 4 entrances.....)...
Had a mini-lesson outside, all standing listening to lit teacher......
Then back to normal but teacher didn't manage to go through much though.....

After that science lesson...found out that science sample paper no need hand up......
Spent sooo much time doing last night then no need hand up....sianz........

Getting nervous for EOY liao.....IS and lit ACE still not max.....CIP hrs still only 4......so much stuff so little time........

Today was IMO training 3...

Getting quite interesting though some stuff are HARD....but it's still FUN!

Too bad i had to miss today's newspaper collection CIP event...
I REALLY NEED CIP HOURS.....I ONLY HAVE 4.....
Some friends said that it was quite boring though cos little people wanted to open their doors......

Me and Wei heng did a bit of exploring today...
Today no one was available to fetch us to we had to take public transport on our own....
Spent quite some time deciding where to have lunch...ate at Jurong East Int in the end.....

Ahhhh...haven't been blogging for long time cos CHIONGING HOMEWORK and STILL CHIONGING!!!!!

Anyway, about the music part...

I finally realise that I actually have a passion for music....especially after my ABRSM examiner praised my talent for music......

Strangely, i STILL do not like band.....although i do like playing and listening to music and i'm doing quite well for theory......

My band senior also told me to quit early if i wanted to cos if i dragged it later and later, i may not be able to quit it any more due to my responsibilities....

Well, I'm still considering actually altough i'm quite sure my final choice would be ec3......

Foon Yew band exchange

Yesterday was very slack, just did some homework that's all........
Today was the Foon Yew band exchange...
Foon Yew band is from Malaysia but they are Chinese speaking...
did some warm up then sight read new song then lunch then sectionals then combined prac......
me, colin, elton and shang yang were quite slack during sectionals cos we had nothing much to practice so we chatted most of the time....
In any case, NO MORE BAND PRAC TILL EXAMS OVER!!!! YAY!!!

Teacher's day gift for band conductor

Today mostly slacking.......
Met up with colin and lot 1 to buy a gift for band conductor....mr kiang...
Actually, we really had no idea what to get for him........
First planned to buy CD but our senior say "no" so......
Spent another few hours wondering around the place and calling our seniors once in a while to check what to buy......
Planned to buy a photoframe with our band photo in it but no photo.....
In the end, chose to buy some car accessories for him since he got a new car.....
But we couldn't find any car accessory shop so I was tasked with buying the stuff myself......then left.....
I managed to bought it just some hours ago.......and i have to do the card too........
Anyways, hopefully our conductor will appreciate it.....it's the thought that counts......

Term 3 result

I'm sooo HAPPY with my MSG for this term.....1.71!!!
My best MSG for 3 terms!!!
And I beat the class average of 2.34!!!!
And I got above average for ALL subjects!!!
And I got highest in class for IS AND MATH!!!!
Sadly, part of the remarks was "needs to improve his language skills"......
Anyway, I still got 2nd team prize in SMO Junior and school was awarded $500!!!!

Today first fetched wei heng to prize presentation...saw lim jeck and jonathan there...
the prize presentation was a little boring but still we endured....
Wei heng got $30 and i got $50!!!
Heard that lim jeck, who got 6th, got $100 and his senior, got 4th, got $200......
Still, i think i can't really compare to him....
Then after that was the buffet lunch and it was GREAT!!!
Me and wei heng ate to our fill....HAHA!!

Then he came to my house and we facebooked.....went to library and facebooked.....then came back to my house and facebooked.......we were addicted i think....
Then he went home at about like 9......
Played a lot yesterday and today......need to chiong homework next week......and stop this playing or there goes EOY exams........

Teachers day reunion

Sorry, yesterday didn't blog because was doing ACE!!

Anyway, today was teacher's day..
The concert...I can't say it's GREAT but it was certainly GOOD...
After that went to hog the teachers in the staff room...managed to talk to quite a number of them...

After that went to HPPS at about 11...

Today was the teacher's day reunion...
Quite fun I should say...

First went to hall to watch part (little actually...) of the concert... I think we had record number of gepers who came back....30/34!!! We didn't really meet much of the teachers tho...just chatted for a while then left for Westmall...

First went there to have lunch...abt 25 there...

Then after that deciding what to do next......we had already planned to watch a movie but i think nobody voted for the movies anyways......
Decided to go bowling so walked to CSC to book lane but no lane.......so our name went on the waiting list...CSC arcade not open.....so walked back to westmall instead to play at e-zone there...
only 20 people left after that though cos some people were in uniform and went home cos they were bored.....

Spent about $5 there...I finally realise how fun para-para is!!!
Me and mich were addicted to it i think...we spent like $5 on it......

After staying in the arcade for about 2hrs...walked back to CSC and found 2 lanes.....I think only left about 15 people there...

Then bowled for 2 games....(some bowled 1) until about 6.30..........
After that went home.....
As usual, we didn't follow our original plan...in the end we had to decide at HPPS......
I think next time when we plan a reunion...just say we are going to have a reunion...and plan everything else on that day....
I can say that our class is quite close to each other....5 reunions in 8 months.....LOL!!
Some classes barely manage to have an annual one.....
Of course, we must always enjoy the happy times together....before it's too late...
As time goes by, we will probably be reuniting less often because of the busy lives and the loss of contact (hopefully NOT)....

Yesterday, half of the class "played truant" by "accident".....

It was supposed to be drama lesson 2nd last period so we went to black box at SALT centre as usual....
Then waited for 40 min Zhou lao shi still hvnt come then period over so went back to class...

After that realised that only half the class was there so a few ppl went com lab to check...

WE MISSED A WHOLE IS PERIOD!!!

SOMEBODY was supposed to come and inform us but that SOMEBODY didn't bother to come and so the whole lot of us didn't know......
At least the mr yong accepted the explanation or 5 demerit points......

After that supposed to be eng then wait 5-10 min mr chen nvr come....
Someone said that now sci need to go LT3, nobody trusted him...
Then really got science lesson at LT3....

Today, after weiqi supposed to be sci, 5-10 min mr tan nvr come....
Some ppl went com lab check got IS lesson or not...
Then zhou lao shi come.....she had the suprised look which meant "didn't anybody inform you?"...
Then had to call the students back and had like half of original drama lesson...
Then sci again....

Our class the swapping of lessons is crazy....
Now i think sci still owe eng 1 lesson, or sth like tt.....

Today's assembly programme was super funny...
The topic was on personal grooming and i think the presenter made it one of the most funniest presentations that made the whole sec 1 laugh their heads off....

Some of the stuff were a little sensitive but some of the language he used made the presentation super funny...HAHA!!

Slacking.....

This was supposed to be yesterday's post but my mom shut down the com before i could post it...

Today was slacking the whole day......



I really need to tune back to work mode and FULL work mode....

Haven't been doing anything related to studies for the past week....

Actually, i think that teachers (and maybe some students) prefer not to have this sabbatical week because it cut shorts the teachers' available time for teaching making them rush......



Next week onwards...I need to start revising for EOY exams already...have been slacking too much for the past half a year...



I should stop staying back after school just to play table-tennis in school till late in the afternoon or doing nothing in class...

2nd IMO training

Yesterday too tired after performance so nvr blog....sry

End of sabbatical yesterday....finished with optical illusions!!
Some of them are quite interesting and we made 3D glasses of our own and watched 3D videos!!!

Then finished with a quiz which seemed harder than what we learned but still ok... i don't need the ACE points anyway, i'm just there to learn more things.....

Anyway, yesterday performance was quite nice...the audience actually clapped to the rhythm of our second song!! I didn't know we played that well......

Then, went to keep instrument...had to bring 5 double basses from drama centree to outdoor band room (just beside music room)...ahhhh!!!!!

Then released at 7.30 pm......got home like damn late......
too tired then slept early......

This morning went for IMO training this morning...
Answered almost all exercise questions in class and finished after that!
I think that what i am going to learn, i have already learnt before in the training given by hci...but that increases my chances of getting into the senior training!

Next week is the prize presentation...only got 12th though but nvm....

Sabbatical day 4

Went to sci centre today...
Did not really do much there...just completed a worksheet and made friends with wei jian...
It seems that i made friends with wei jian just like i did with clarence and coincidentally they were primary school classmates and are now in the same sec sch....LOL!!
Both of them are my good friends now but little chance to interact cos diff class and diff consortium....

Today went back to sch to help out with band stuff to prepare for tomorrow's concert...
We had to bring 4 double basses to the drama centre from outdoor band room.....MAN it was heavy.......

Then we did some mass stapling of booklets....a lot A LOT of booklets.....

Tomorrow an orchestra from nanjing coming to our sch to perform and we perform for them....
We are playing our JBF songs......Who's coming to watch???? Mr Tanbb invited the sch to come....(or was it sec 1s only....)

Last day of sabbatical tomorrow...wonder what we will be doing???
My titles seem useless right now....i think they are just reporting the date....LOL!

Sabbatical day 3

Played with colours today......

Today finally went for ec3.... Slacked for like 1 hrs reading funny e-mails and chatting with clarence, edmund, eugene and covie...Colin didn't come today for some random reason....
Found out that i got 1.86 for MSG!!! Same as clarence!!! WOOT!!!!

Then did some programming with edmund as clarence and eugene needed to do ALICE...
I can see that edmund needs a lot more help than i do......I wonder how he got into ec3???

Anyway, i now finally know that i have very little true friends... I spent most of my recesses and lunches walking around the school all alone for no reason or staying in class.....
I spent about 1hr today walking from JC side to poolside and back all by myself as I could not find any friends...and colin didn't reply my sms.........

Anyone who just wanna be friends with me and not already are pls tag...I'll appreciate it...

Tomorrow going science centre yet i dun seem interested in any way.........

Sabbatical day 2

We made holograms today!!

Sadly, i think my hologram will be a failure cos i forgot to do something.........

Today was the ispark table-tennis competition...
My very first match was with a table-tennis school team!!!!!
I got thrashed 7-1,7-5....
It was just for fun anywayz.....
OXY was so lucky, his prelim round 3 opponents never turn up!!! Auto walkover....so lucky...

I can FINALLY go ec3 tomorrow after not going for a few WEEKS!!!
Programming should still be ok......

i got 72% for lit!!!!! Highest so far!!!!!

Sabbatical day 1.....

Sabbatical day 1......

it seemed quite boring at first...copying down notes...listening to powerpoint presentations...doing worksheets......

one time the presentation was about reflection so the first slide only contained the word "REFLECTION" and we were all discussing like "still haven't learn anything yet how to do reflection...???"...LOL!

Then we made a klaidescope (any problem with the spelling???)...
Didn't really work though......

Then we played with lasers and made patterns with spinning mirrors...
I didn't know light could be so fun and fascinating!!

and....SINGAPORE GOT SILVER IN TABLE-TENNIS TEAM!!!!! WOOT!!!!
It's not that easy to beat china considering it has the world first and world second...
But this is the first medal in 48 YEARS!!!!

I feel so happy for singapore.....

NUS math training

Was quite busy yesterday so no time to post....

Anyway, yesterday was the NUS math training...
The lecturer was from NUS and he taught us stuff that me and wei heng already learned before...LOL!! We spent like 15 min learning and the other 2-3 hrs doing questions....questions....and more questions.......... Lucky got break in between, i can't do math for a loooooooong time although i like it...

Couldn't go ec3 last fri cos fri band got something inportant i had to go.....but i confirm this wed must go.....MUST!!! Band ask us to buy black longsleeve shirt...black long pants...black socks....black LEATHER shoes...by wednesday so that can perform for CEP concert...
Aren't they a bit too much???
In any case, spent half of today buying all those stuff... totalled to about $60...still ok lar i suppose.....

This week sabbatical week!!!! No lessons!!!! Joining enLIGHTENMENT this time...anyone else??? Please tag... My ACE almost all max liao... chi 14...eng 15...human 20...sci 17 (yet still going for this sabbat)...math 38!!!! (Too bad i can transfer to other subject, bring forward or donate to anyone else...i don't mind....at least exchange with someone else for other subject)......
My lit now 4 and IS 13 so i need to bark up a bit....does anyone know what i can do for IS ACE??? Help me..... Lit i think i can do myself...

OUR SINGAPORE TEAM HAS MADE INTO THE FINALS IN TABLE-TENNIS!!!WOOT!!!!
Must watch the match tonight at 7.30 pm......doubt that we can beat china but still....they are good!!! WOOT!!!

At least no lessons this week so homework not so rush...go time to do ACE and some programming....

I seem to be improving this term by a lot.

My chinese got 12.....i didn't even know i did so many projects...

Science 15 liao......got ICAS high distinction!!!
Wasting my time on sci sabbat this term....thot not enough....

BTW, who wants math ACE??? I've got 33!!!! I think that's just too much........ only need 15!!!

Now awaiting other results like lit and sci and if i do well...i think my MSG this term can less than 2....woo hoo!!!

Almost forget to talk about my math results...

I got 39/40 for math....for me that's below average (well, in a way)

first test got 42, 2nd 39, 3rd 42, 2nd 42 and now 39.........

i got 0 for bonus question........ That's "unnormal" for me....

well at least i get exemption....

I've got too much ACE for math!!!!

I got about 30...... Wish i could add to other subjects or exchange with friends or just donate it (cos some people are despo for math ACE and other ACE.......)

IMO training

My SMO results was sooo good that i got chosen for IMO(aka International math olympiad) training!!! YAY!!!! :D

Other people like Wei heng, Benny, Jonathan, lim jeck, gary,.......are going too!!

I can't actually believe I did that well for SMO considering that i AM battling against sec 1 and 2s...... I think it's because i did well got 2nd round....(got 20/50)

Also, i can't believe me, colin and darryl got 5th in brainy triathalon!!!!! (well, considering that it was open to sec 1 to 4s.....)Sadly, the ACE could ONLY be awarded to math since majority of it was math and my math now got 25 liao.....*sob*.... At least award 2 to math 1 to eng????


I got A1 for chinese test!!!!!! (Finally.... after getting 51% for term 2 test.....)

And.......band practice is now only on wed and fri!!!!!YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now, i can spend equal time on band and ec3......
(Soon, i can spend all my time in ec3)........

I kinda feel a bit left out in band since i AM the ONLY instrument in the band and i don't have any seniors or section mates........ I NEED FRIENDS........

Well, at least i still have all the happy stuff to make me HAPPY today.... :-D

Slacking......

Today's a non-school day!!!

I think i've been slacking too much this weekend. Term 3 tests are ALMOST coming to an end (still got eng speech) and i think i did a bit too much programming this weekend. Anyway, not much to do now except finish some ACE.......

I think i shall slack till tommorow........

080808 reunion

Today was the national day celebrations and i performed for the parade....i think i anyhow play cos i barely prepared...Most of my friends saw me i guess......

Anyway, to add on to yesterday, what is the use of me going for the morning session if i just go to the field and stand there??? In that extra time i could do something useful.....

The main topic today is the 080808 reunion. Although only about 25% of the people came but it actually went quite well. Me and matthew were released at 9.30am and reached henry park abt 10 but then most of the teachers were going off so it wasn't really much of a student-teacher gathering.......

The RGS girls came at abt 11 and after that we spent about 3 hrs deciding where to go for lunch...LOL! The RI boys came about 1-2 so we decided to go SUBWAY for lunch...
After that spent another 1/2hr figuring out where to go next......

Then went westmall arcade and cinema (sadly, i couldn't join either cos i was in uniform and i was broke.......) so i went home instead.......

This shows how UNDECISIVE our class can get, especially when it comes to reunions....it takes "forever" just to organise one......This reunion was screwed, hopefully the 290808 one will be a lot better......

FYI, the Bishan Gay is IN THE PAPERS!!!!! (thx clarence for telling me)

Band.....Sianz

I believe those from HCI already know that i am in the band who plays in the morning without instrument...

I kinda feel a bit left out and useless.......
I dunno why but just standing there listening to the band play in front of everyone seems wierd......
At least i get something to play even though i play a large (not to mention huge...) instrument like colin, suppose to play bassoon get to 'pretend' to play the clarinet.

And.....i now officially dislike band!!! Hopefully none of my band friends or seniors will know about this blog but yes, i dislike band!!! The practice is too strenuous (not to mention long....), i can't take it any longer..... It's depriving me of my sleep in the morning too. Especially tmr, need to reach by 6.30 AM!!!
I don't really feel committed to band at all.....first half still okay but now i find that band is not my dream cca in any way.......

This is the main reason why i am trying to appeal to go to EC3. At least i feel quite happy in ec3 and i am devoted to ec3.... I still continue to do programs once in while and i think i am better than some ec3 classmates like edmund...

Sadly, i think i'll have to stay in band for at least till the end of the year...
After that, i've already made up my mind to go ec3 FULLY...

Also, i think i'm going to flunk my exams... I think i did quite badly for all......

I think i'm just too stressed these few weeks with all these exams, CCA, etc, all stuck in my head... I really need to find some time to get a breather (not to mention now)...

Now, I still got 1 more exam to go, english oral...
I know that term 3 is coming to an end but wierdly this doesn't seem to be making me happy in any way....

To think that i was sooo happy yesterday....

I think my emotions are going crazy...look at the titles of the last few posts...LOLZ!!!

Sooo many good things happened today, sooo happy!!!!

Sry for not posting for sooo long, need to mug for sooo many tests (still got two more tests tomorrow)......

Anyway, i'm posting 2day cos i came home early and have some spare time to spend.
Nothing happened in the last few days actually, except for maybe all the tests.

The SMO results are finally OUT!!! OMGOMGOMG i am ?th in sch (u can find out from me thru e-mail or msn or anythin', just ask.......better not put it in public in case SOME PEOPLE think i'm boasting) which makes me sooo HAPPY!!! I got 12th national......quite good actually but i lost to lim jeck (AGAIN.....) who got one of the top 10. Actually can't compare lar, he much better than me. Surprisingly, i didn't see Jonathan Ang's name in the top 30???

Anyway, that was just one piece of good news. Secondly, my music practical went sooo well.......
My scales and songs went very well, my sight reading was almost perfect and my aural....if i'm not wrong is almost perfect too!!!!! To think that my whole body was shivering inside (not cold...nervous). The examiner was very friendly and commended me well. Hopefully this means good grades.

And my counter hit 100!!!! YAY!!!

Another moderately long post.......Once exams are over i'll post more often so that i don't have to squeeze everything into one post...

Lots of stuff

My blog and cbox has been dead for days.......

Anyway, thursday was the AMC... multiple choice questions were generally ok but the open-ended (after checking with wei heng) got some wrong, at least i tried all.......

After that was english test, took me like 15 mins to think of an idea....LOL!

"Decide what you want to do with a sum of cash donated by a former student that would benefit the school population as a whole", it was so similar to one of the previous speeches given by mr chen "A local businessmen donated a piece land two football fields big with an old large building on it, decide what you want to do with it that would benefit the school population" and i took so long.....Rofl Think my handwriting was rather illegible considering how fast i was rushing...

I shall not mention why i was pissed for the past few days, will make me pissed again...

Yesterday was the last hip-hop lesson......*sob*, well it was fun performing in front of others...

and i missed the RI-HCI united shield cos of band prac......*sob*...

Today's brainy triathlon was so-so lar...me, colin and darryl were rushing like mad cows!!! We were supposed to solve a rubik's cube first (left colin to do it), after we finished then we did the words aerobics (basically guessing common phrases or words from pictures such as milonelion is one in a million.....) and then the sudoku puzzle. (in case u asked why we didn't do all at the same time, the rule was finish one before starting the next in that order) the irritating part is that for every puzzle unsolved or incorrect, two mins was added!!! 30 qns....imagine if you didn't do all (1hr......LOLZ) and the sudoku if do wrong or never finish.......DISQUALIFIED!!! I think we lost out on the words aerobics but the rest we finished quite fast and we were on of the top ten teams to finish everything (Except for adding the words aerobics extra time...) Sadly they only gave top three, the rest all participation so we didn't get anything (well obviously since it's sec1-sec4.....)

OMG......I made such a long post!!!!!!!

nvm.....got four test to mug for next week, espicially lit(cos i suck).....argh!!

Fifth Day

Finally, the fifth day......

There is nothing to say about the fifth day except the packing and the leaving. Actually, we did wanted to stay a little longer, all trips are like that if i'm not wrong. Well, at least we are going to have better living conditions, (not saying that it was that bad living in beijing).

I wonder what to post after this post, i only can think of random stuffff.......
P.S. I'll try to finish the meme, the one mich tagged on cbox, as fast as i can and post it. For now, need to mug for 3 tests tmr (used to be 4.......)

Fourth Day

Fourth day......mainly prize presentation

in the morning went to sci centre, quite interesting though i could say. Can't lose out to Singapore's too much. After that was the prize presentation. I dare say that we didn't do very well. I don't think i should post the group results but i myself didn't do very well either. I think hwa chongians shld know that all of us got third prize (三等奖). We had a party that night though...suprisingly.

Now need to mug for tomorrow's history test....left my history textbook in the locker...AHH!!!

Third day

Finally, the third day. It was the trip. Wasn't very interesting i should say. We went to places like the olympic stadiums, museum, theatre, etc. The only thing interesting was that we and the teachers went to the supermart to buy some stuffs for midnight party! Actually, we were supposed to be visiting the museum for an hour or so but with permission from our teachers and the guides, we shortened the visits (only us) and went to the supermart. Mr rong treated us to ice-cream!!! Thx mr rong. That was pretty much what happened...
